A specialist in security and in business, Damien's experience ranges from joining the Irish Defence Forces at a young age, to being a specialist solider within three years, followed by international security experience in many hostile zones. Damien has recently grown a small business to over 5,000 staff in less than three years.
With many deployments under his belt throughout the globe and training with various military branches, Damien's knowledge and experience internationally sets Newcomer's strategy in becoming a leader in supplying specialist equipment for military personnel, humanitarian instituted and the outdoor enthusiast.
His passion for succession has been proven in growing or realigning various companies in Security, Automotive and Apparel within Europe and the Middle East.
Damien is the Managing Director of Newcomer Arms LLC, when not working he enjoys walking aimlessly around the gym, shooting and video games.
