James McIntyre began a career in underground construction within the oil and gas sectors at 18 and has worked in five different countries across two continents. Having played the key role in establishing and growing multiple businesses in America and the Middle East, James acquired extensive experience in international business development and the collaboration of cultural differences.
Darryl and James met on a dive ship during a joint task project. Upon finding their shared passions and interests, Darryl brought James on to help grown Newcomer Arms. James immediately took on the project and began work on expanding Newcomer into the Newcomer Group of Companies - spanning over five business sectors.
